Three of us (Kristin, Lisa, Jennifer) went into Marty O'Brien's prior to finding our friend on 89th and 1st (during the marathon).
We were greeted by Frank, who made fantastic bloody marys and screwdrivers. He also opened our eyes to the world of Jalapeno and Habanero Doritos.
Lisa even met 2 people from Great Kills, Staten Island.....YEAH, GREAT KILLS!!!!!! |

| On our way to see a friend running the marathon last Sunday, we happened upon Marty O'Brien's. We were the first to arrive. The bartender, Frank (formerly of Rossville, S.I.) treated us like queens! Made us some darn good bloody mary's - and treated us to some spicy doritos. He was awesome. We stopped in again on our way back. Thanks Frank - had a great time! |
