I'm pretty sure the happy hour they describe is only Mon-Thu. They also have a lunch time special. I think that one is also M-Th and is $2 slices.
The pizza here is among the best in the city. Thin crust and they have a wood oven. I'd say it's as good as or better than the tourist trap down the street. It's not traditional NYC pizza, but it is FABULOUS. They also serve some really good, and not expensive, pasta dishes.
